Caspian Construction Week

The Caucasus’ Premier Construction Industry Platform

Caspian Construction Week is the leading specialized exhibition event for the construction industry in the Caucasus region, held annually at the Baku Expo Center in Baku, Azerbaijan. Bringing together multiple international trade shows under a single roof, the event serves as a comprehensive business platform for construction professionals, manufacturers, suppliers, and government representatives from across the region and beyond.

Event Overview

The 2026 edition of Caspian Construction Week will take place from 14 to 16 October at the Baku Expo Center. The event is organized by Iteca Caspian LLC and Caspian Event Organisers, in partnership with their international partners ICA Events and Caspian Event Management FZ-LLC. The Azerbaijan Association of Exhibition Organizers (ASTA) actively supports the event.

The significance of the 2026 edition is heightened by the fact that Azerbaijan has declared 2026 the “Year of Urban Planning and Architecture”, making Caspian Construction Week particularly relevant for discussions on sustainable urban development, modern architectural approaches, innovative construction technologies, and infrastructure modernization.

This remarkable track record has established the Week as a true national brand, securing its place in the business calendars of international companies operating in the region.

Industry Context and Strategic Importance

Azerbaijan’s construction sector stands as one of the most dynamic and strategically important areas of the national economy. Large-scale programs for the restoration of Karabakh, as well as the reconstruction and development of urban and transport infrastructure, have given this field particular significance.

The construction sector currently represents a significant share of Azerbaijan’s GDP, driven by extensive public investments in infrastructure and the comprehensive reconstruction programs in the liberated territories. The demand for modern construction materials, innovative technologies, and high-quality solutions creates substantial opportunities for international companies seeking to enter the Azerbaijani and broader Caspian region markets.

Caspian Construction Week plays a crucial role in promoting innovative technologies, implementing projects in the liberated territories, and increasing international investments. The event makes a significant contribution to the introduction of innovative technologies, the implementation of projects in the liberated territories, and the increase in international investments.

Rebuild Garabagh: A Special Focus

The Rebuild Garabagh exhibition holds particular importance within Caspian Construction Week. First organized in 2021, following the historic victory in the 44-day Patriotic War, the exhibition was created as a specialized platform dedicated to the restoration and reconstruction of the liberated territories, the strengthening of public-private partnerships, and the presentation of the most promising projects.

Over the years, Rebuild Garabagh has brought together around 300 local and international companies. Many of the projects presented at the exhibition—such as the Fuzuli International Airport and the “Smart Village” project—have become reality.

A distinctive feature of Rebuild Garabagh is its social mission: each participant donates funds to the Karabakh Revival Fund. From 2021 to date, a total of 137,772.16 manats has been raised through participant contributions to support restoration work.

The exhibition has also become an important platform for preserving and promoting the cultural heritage of the region. One of the key events is the “Karabakh Cup” National Culinary Heritage Championship, dedicated to the cuisine of Karabakh and the promotion of national gastronomic traditions.
