The Largest Exhibitions in Armenia

ARMENIA EXPO

Armenia has developed a focused exhibition landscape centered on its capital, Yerevan. The Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex serves as the country’s primary venue for major trade fairs, while the Meridian Expo Center hosts specialized technology events. These exhibitions reflect Armenia’s strategic position at the crossroads of Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia, as well as its rapidly growing technology sector and deep-rooted food and wine traditions.

Here is a look at the largest and most significant exhibitions that define Armenia’s business calendar.

The Flagship Event: ARMENIA EXPO

ARMENIA EXPO stands as the largest and most authoritative trade and industrial exhibition in Armenia and one of the most significant business events in the entire South Caucasus region. The 25th edition, held September 4–6, 2026, at the Karen Demirchyan Complex, was dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen of Armenia.

The scale of this universal exhibition is substantial. The 2026 edition occupied 8,000 square meters of exhibition space and brought together 350 participants from 16 countries, attracting approximately 24,000 visitors. Each year, the exhibition unites leading manufacturers from Armenia, Russia, Iran, Georgia, China, CIS countries, the Middle East, and Europe on a single platform.

ARMENIA EXPO’s thematic coverage spans virtually every sector of the economy: mechanical engineering, petrochemicals, construction and interior design, transport and freight, medical equipment and pharmaceuticals, tourism and leisure, food and beverages, and educational services. The exhibition provides a unique opportunity for companies to establish contacts with reliable partners, enter new markets, and present innovations to a regional audience.

Running concurrently with ARMENIA EXPO are several specialized exhibitions that together form a comprehensive business platform. These include Build EXPO (construction), Trans EXPO (transport and logistics), Comp EXPO (IT and communications), Industrial Armenia EXPO (industry), Inter Food EXPO (food), Furniture Salon EXPO, Lady EXPO (beauty), World of Childhood EXPO (children’s products), Finance, Credit, Insurance and Audit EXPO, Rest & Entertainment EXPO, and Health Service & Pharmacy EXPO. This clustering of events creates a dense concentration of industry professionals and business opportunities unmatched elsewhere in Armenia.

Technology: DigiTec

DigiTec is Armenia’s largest technology event and one of the most influential technology platforms in the region. The 2026 edition, scheduled for November 20–22 at the Meridian Expo Center in Yerevan, will be held under the theme “The New AI Hub in the World”.

The scale of DigiTec has grown dramatically over its two-decade history. The 20th anniversary edition in 2025 brought together more than 30,000 visitors, over 200 exhibiting companies, more than 100 international speakers, and participants from over 30 countries. Building on this momentum, the 2026 edition aims to surpass these achievements and further strengthen its position as a leading technology platform in the region.

The event comes at a pivotal moment for Armenia’s technology ecosystem. The country is rapidly emerging as a regional hub for artificial intelligence infrastructure, and its strategic position at the crossroads of Europe, the Gulf region, and Central Asia is turning it into a natural bridge connecting some of the world’s fastest-growing technology markets.

The 2026 program includes a major international conference with confirmed participation from representatives of OpenAI, Mozilla, and NVIDIA. A large startup exhibition will feature approximately 70 startups on a dedicated startup alley. A national robotics competition will involve around 400 children, and a panel discussion with representatives of the Central Bank of Armenia is planned for November 22, the 33rd anniversary of the Armenian dram. Organizers expect approximately 150 speakers, with around 80 already confirmed, and have noted interest from the Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan and ministers of high technology from Georgia, Uzbekistan, and Bulgaria.

DigiTec was first held in 2005, envisioned and brought to life by the late Karen Vardanyan, longtime CEO of the Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises.

Wine and Spirits: Yerevan Wine Days and Concours Mondial de Bruxelles

Armenia’s ancient winemaking heritage takes center stage through two major events. Yerevan Wine Days, held May 29–31, 2026, transforms the streets of Yerevan—Saryan, Tumanyan, and Moskovyan—into a massive open-air wine festival organized by EventToura. The event showcases Armenian wines to both domestic and international audiences.

More significantly for the industry, Armenia hosted the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2026, one of the world’s most prestigious international wine competitions, from May 19–23 at the Karen Demirchyan Complex. Organized by the Ministry of Economy of Armenia and the Vineyard and Wine Foundation of Armenia, this event brought international wine experts and judges to evaluate wines from around the world, placing Armenian winemaking on the global stage.

Additional wine-related events include the Dilijan Wine Fest, held August 3–4, 2026 in the resort town of Dilijan, organized by Timeto.agency.

Agriculture and Food: ArmProd Expo and AGRO EXPO

ArmProd Expo is the largest international food exhibition in Armenia, having established itself as an authoritative and traditional event on the country’s business calendar. Leading manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors of food and beverages attend annually, with Armenia’s top food companies choosing this platform to present their products and innovative developments.

The exhibition promotes the effective implementation of high-quality food products and commercial effectiveness, finding new approaches and practical solutions for the modern changing market. It is one of the main events for the domestic food industry.

Complementing this is AGRO EXPO, an international specialized exhibition bringing together leading companies, manufacturers, suppliers, investors, and government institutions from agriculture, agribusiness, and innovative technologies. The 2026 edition, held October 16–18 at Yerevan Expo, provides an effective B2B and B2C networking platform fostering new business partnerships, technological innovation, and investment attraction. Participation packages range from raw exhibition space at €180 per square meter to fully branded business booths at €300 per square meter, with sponsorship opportunities available at €6,000 and €10,000 levels.

Construction: Caucasus: Building and Reconstruction EXPO

Caucasus: Building and Reconstruction EXPO 2026 is the first major exhibition on Armenia’s annual calendar, held March 20–22 in Yerevan. This specialized fair focuses on the construction and reconstruction sector, bringing together building materials manufacturers, construction companies, architects, and developers.

The construction sector is a significant component of Armenia’s economy, and this exhibition provides a platform for both domestic and international companies to showcase products and technologies for the Armenian and broader Caucasus markets.

Investment and Trade: International Trade and Investment Forum (ITIF)

The International Trade and Investment Forum (ITIF 2026), held October 7–9 in Yerevan, represents a significant addition to Armenia’s business event calendar. Organized by the Investment Council of Armenia and co-organized by the International Trade Centre’s EU-funded project, ITIF offers international distributors and investors a unique chance to connect directly with Armenian producers eager to partner abroad.

The forum brings together approximately 250 participants from over 30 countries, including investors, distributors, buyers, and producers. Highlights include B2B matchmaking meetings, factory visits to leading Armenian food and beverage companies, networking dinners, and a curated showcase of Armenian products. Accommodation, meals, and internal transportation during the event are fully covered by the organizers, with airfare support potentially available for some participants.

Technology Summit: Silicon Mountains

Silicon Mountains 2026 is a major technology summit and exhibition held November 3–4 at the Dvin Music Hall and One & Only Theatre in Yerevan. Organized by the Union of Employers of Information and Communication Technologies with support from Armenia’s Ministry of High-Tech Industry, the 2026 edition introduced a new expanded format featuring a large technology exhibition alongside the traditional summit for the first time.

The summit, held under the theme “Investing in Innovation”, brings together Armenian and global technology companies, promising startups, research centers, investors, and leading experts. The program includes the final stage of the International Microelectronics Olympiad, gathering top participants from more than 13 countries, and the International Microelectronics Forum, addressing chip design, research and development, talent development, and international cooperation.

The exhibition features more than 12 pavilions presenting the latest innovations from companies and high-tech solutions, with free booths provided for approximately 12 startups. A dedicated workshop area hosts practical sessions and pre-planned bilateral meetings aimed at building new partnerships and investment relationships.
