Established in 2007 by Patrick Perrin, a fourth-generation Parisian antique dealer, PAD London is the only fair in the UK devoted solely to modern and 20th-century design. Every October, Berkeley Square, in the center of London’s affluent Mayfair neighborhood, hosts the week-long celebration. Launched in 1998, PAD Paris is held in the Jardin des Tuileries every April. PAD London is its sister fair.
Being a mainstay on the two vibrant art and design circuits of the capital, PAD fairs have established themselves as a benchmark for taste, sophistication, and curatorial flair, presenting the finest in historical and modern design from the top galleries worldwide. PAD fairs, with their unique approach to collecting, are the perfect example of how artistic genres interact over time and space to reveal surprising combinations and produce the most unique and striking interiors.
