New England’s Hub for MedTech Innovation
MEDevice Boston is the premier medical device event for New England’s thriving MedTech ecosystem. Formerly known as BIOMEDevice, the event brings together engineers, business leaders, startups, and top medical device OEMs to foster partnerships, showcase innovation, and accelerate progress in the industry.
Key 2026 Event Details
The 2026 edition of MEDevice Boston is scheduled to take place on August 26–27, 2026, at the Thomas M. Menino Convention and Exhibition Center (formerly the BCEC) in Boston, Massachusetts.
The event is organized by Informa and is expected to feature over 200 exhibitor booths and attract approximately 1,500 medical device manufacturing professionals. The show hours run from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Wednesday and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Thursday, with registration opening the day prior.

The event serves a wide range of therapeutic areas, including cardiovascular, orthopedics, neurology, drug delivery and combination products, in vitro diagnostics, and general hospital equipment. Product solutions on display span medical device components, R&D and design, 3D printing and rapid prototyping, assembly and automation, materials and adhesives, AI and data compliance, and digital health.
A Focused and Intentional Event
What sets MEDevice Boston apart is its intentional, curated approach. With 87% of 2025 attendees planning to return and 81% recommending the event to colleagues, the show has proven its value for the regional MedTech community. The event is designed to help attendees evaluate solutions, discover qualified suppliers, and build partnerships without sifting through irrelevant offerings.
The show’s emphasis on New England’s MedTech corridor—the #3 MedTech hub in the United States—means attendees can connect with suppliers and peers within their own regional ecosystem. This local focus streamlines sourcing and relationship building while providing access to the region’s dense concentration of MedTech innovation.
