- What’s in Store Live: A 1,200-square-foot education hub on the show floor, created by over 50 industry experts to showcase the latest innovations in dairy, deli, and bakery through a mock in-store experience and a Workshop Stage.
- Exhibition: Source suppliers of dairy, deli, or bakery products, along with front-of-the-house equipment providers and marketing agencies, will display their offerings.
- Educational Programming: Attendees can anticipate a comprehensive program that includes educational sessions and expert-led workshops.

- New Leadership: The IDDBA recently named Paul Ziemnisky as its new President and CEO, effective September 8, 2026. His responsibilities include overseeing the strategic planning for IDDBA 2027 in Atlanta.
- Registration: Registration for IDDBA 2027 is expected to open in January 2027.
- Exhibitor Information: Companies that are source suppliers or provide front-of-the-house equipment are eligible to exhibit. Exhibit applications received from October 1, 2026, onward will be assigned based on the date of application and full payment receipt.
