Global Fresh Market is Russia’s leading international specialized B2B exhibition and forum for producers and participants in the fruit and vegetable market. The fifth anniversary edition is scheduled for 11–13 November 2026 at the prestigious Gostiny Dvor exhibition center in central Moscow.
Organizers and Official Support
The event is organized by the National Union of Fruit and Vegetable Producers (Fruit and Vegetable Union), with active support from the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, relevant committees of the State Duma, and the Federation Council. In a significant mark of official recognition, Global Fresh Market has been placed under the patronage of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, strengthening its B2G (business-to-government) format and reinforcing its position as a key platform for dialogue between business and the state.
Scale and Participation
The 2025 edition (the fourth) attracted 4,000 visitors from 60 regions of Russia, including the LPR and DPR, with more than 370 students also attending. The exhibition has drawn participants from over 30 countries, with international stands from Turkey, China, and Spain represented in recent editions.
For 2026, the exhibition is expected to occupy more than 6,000 square meters and bring together over 100 companies from 63 regions of Russia and 10 countries. Some sources estimate up to 130 exhibitors and 8,000 professional visitors.

The visitor profile is strictly professional. Among the 4,000 attendees at the 2025 edition were high-level specialists, investors, agronomists, owners and managers of agricultural enterprises, wholesale buyers, representatives of retail and HoReCa segments, as well as young professionals.
What Is Exhibited
The exhibition specializes in demonstrating and promoting both fresh produce itself and the innovative technologies, machinery, and equipment used in growing, processing, storing, and selling vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, berries, and flowers. This covers the entire industry chain — from cultivation to retail.

The conference program is substantial, featuring over 100 speakers and more than 30 events across three permanently operating conference halls with capacities of 150, 100, and 50 seats. Participants include government officials, practicing specialists, key industry players, and experts.

Trade and Procurement Session
A key feature of Global Fresh Market 2026 is the Trade and Procurement Session — a professional platform for direct negotiations between producers and retail chains. Buyers from federal and regional retail networks discuss prices, volumes, entry conditions, and supply terms. Regular participants include X5 Retail Group and Sambury, with new participants in 2026 including RusGlobalExport, Lotus Trading Holding, and Matryoshka Supermarket. For exhibitors, participation in the session is free regardless of stand size.
Youth and Innovation Focus
The exhibition places notable emphasis on the next generation of agricultural professionals. The 2025 edition saw more than 470 students from 8 agricultural universities participate in Youth Day activities. For 2026, the Forum of Young Talents will provide a specialized zone dedicated to innovative agricultural projects by students and young specialists. Developers will present working devices, prototypes, and digital solutions in plant growing, horticulture, AI, and agricultural technology. The forum is scheduled for 13 November 2026, designated as Students and Youth Day.
Additionally, the final of the student innovation competition in plant growing, “Fresh Ideas 2026,” will be held as part of the program.
