A New Strategy: Multi-City Rotation
Starting in 2027, CEDIA Expo will rotate among three major U.S. convention destinations, a strategy designed to expand accessibility, reach new audiences, and deliver greater value to attendees and exhibitors.

Why the Change?
The decision to rotate locations was driven by feedback from attendees and exhibitors who expressed a desire for variety and accessibility in different regions. Jason McGraw, Group Vice President and Show Director, stated, “Our audience has been clear — they value variety, accessibility and the opportunity to experience the show in different regions.” The chosen cities were selected for their infrastructure, accessibility, and ability to host large-scale events.
The 2026 Event: Denver’s Final Bow
Before the rotation begins, CEDIA Expo 2026 will return to Denver, Colorado, from September 1–4, 2026. This marks the final year the show will be held in the Mile High City before moving to its new rotating format.
