A New Home for Accessible Art
The Affordable Art Fair New York City returns in 2026 with two exciting editions, headlined by a major move to the vibrant Chelsea arts district. This year marks the fair’s largest Spring presentation to date as it debuts at the iconic Starrett-Lehigh Building.
Spring 2026 Edition
The Spring 2026 edition took place from March 18–22, 2026. This highly anticipated event welcomed 90 galleries from New York and around the world, presenting thousands of contemporary artworks.
A New Location in Chelsea
For the first time, the Spring edition was held at the Starrett-Lehigh Building (601 West 26th Street) in the heart of the West Chelsea Arts District. This iconic venue places the fair steps away from major galleries and is easily accessible via Hudson Yards and West Chelsea transit hubs.
The fair featured works by over 400 living artists, with 55% of them being women. More than 60% of the 90 exhibiting galleries are owned or co-owned by women. All artworks are priced between $100 and $12,000, making art collecting accessible to first-time buyers and seasoned collectors alike.
Fall 2026 Edition
Following the success of the Spring event, the Affordable Art Fair NYC will return for its Fall edition from September 16–20, 2026, also at the Starrett-Lehigh Building. This edition will continue the tradition of showcasing a diverse selection of original contemporary paintings, sculptures, photographs, and prints.
