Canada’s largest and longest-running annual contemporary art fair
TOAF, which was founded in 1961 to facilitate direct communication between Canadian artists and the general public, attracts 165,000 art enthusiasts and lovers who spend more than $2 million on art during the Fair.
TOAF is renowned for having hosted numerous highly acclaimed Canadian artists from both domestic and international arenas. A few of these artists are Barbara Astman, David Blackwood, Edward Burtynsky, Ken Danby, Rob Gonsalves, Harlan House, Joanne Tod, and Jennifer Stead.
With over a million dollars in awards given out, TOAF is still a major force in fostering the arts and culture industry in the City of Toronto and bringing art into the daily lives of its citizens.
