TIFF seeks to establish a global hub for independent and alternative filmmaking in Albania and the surrounding area. In addition to its “strong competition,” Albania is a sunny, gregarious country. The Tirana International Film Festival (TIFF) aims to be a cross-cultural meeting place where locals, visitors, and movie buffs alike can enjoy a week dedicated to cinema, language, and communication.
