Once again held at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, the fifth edition of Taipei Dangdai, presented by UBS, will feature a stellar lineup of top contemporary art galleries from across the globe, showcasing pieces by highly sought-after established and up-and-coming artists as well as pieces that are being shown in Asia for the first time.
Along with welcoming both domestic and foreign art enthusiasts, collectors, and the general public, the fair will also feature a carefully planned schedule of site-specific installations, talks, workshops, and pop-up events. The fair, which is a major hub for contemporary art in East Asia, promises four days of discoveries and will serve as an essential hub for collectors from across the region and beyond to explore the city’s thriving art market and dynamic art scene.
Taipei Dangdai, ART SG, and Tokyo Gendai are three of the major international art fairs that are affiliated with The Art Assembly, which focuses on the Asia Pacific region. It is the result of a collaboration between Sandy Angus, Tim Etchells, and Magnus Renfrew, three of the top art fair organizers in the world.
