The Bak- & Choklad area
The aroma of freshly baked buns and chocolates greets you here. Throughout the day, the bakeries restock with freshly made bread and pastries. You can find treats in every flavor at the chocolate makers, and our exhibitors have a large assortment of chocolates from around the globe.
Wine Tastings
Wine can be tasted and learned about in a variety of ways. Join one of our drop-in wine tastings, hosted by Wine Hub and Vinsmart, or reserve a spot in advance.
Street Food
Savor delicious food from some of Sweden’s top food trucks to boost your energy! Food from Irvins BBQ, Fred’s Food Truck, Mackverket, Glupsk, and HK’s Lila are among the options available for sampling here.
Stockholm Beverage Craftsmanship
Did you know that the Stockholm region produces a significant amount of interesting beverages locally? A group of passionate beverage artisans have joined us to showcase their extensive product line. Here you can try kombucha, soda, locally made gin, Radler from Ekerö, and beer made from leftover bread.

Cheeses, cured meats, olive oils, seasonings, jams, honey, preserves from the land and the sea, almonds, chips… There is an endless list of items available for purchase here.

Chefs and culinary experts will offer advice and inspiration on the stage! A few of them will also be creating delectable baked goods. There will, of course, be tastings, and our bookstore will offer signed cookbooks for sale.
