The POULTRY & LIVESTOCK BANGLADESH INTERNATIONAL EXPO promises to be a glittering display of the products and services offered by the poultry, dairy, livestock, and aquaculture sectors. One of Bangladesh’s most significant agricultural industries for meeting the country’s needs for nutrition and protein is poultry farming.
The year 1995 marked the official inception of the poultry industry in Bangladesh. The industry has grown exponentially in just 20 years. Nationwide, there are more than 100,000 poultry farms, both big and small. The fisheries and livestock industries, along with poultry, are two important economic pillars in Bangladesh, directly supporting the livelihoods of over 10 million people.
