Materials & Finishes Show, formerly known as W Exhibition & Elements, is the trade exhibition for the joinery and furniture manufacturing sectors in the UK.
The Materials & Finishes Show is a one-stop shop for everything you need, including the newest timber solutions, machinery, tools, fixtures, and finishing supplies. Several of the top 160 brands in the woodworking sector, who are exhibiting, will be introducing new products. A quarter of the exhibitors in this lineup are foreign companies launching their products for the UK market. Visitors will be able to interact with the manufacturers and suppliers behind the brands, who will be available to answer any questions, in addition to viewing thousands of the newest goods, software, and tools.
The W Exhibition, which began as a woodworking machinery exhibition in 1974 and has since expanded to include the entire spectrum of materials and technologies for industrial woodworking, is the foundation of this event. Timber and related material producers, processors, and installers have a platform at the Materials & Finishes Show.
At the Materials & Finishes Show, attendees can anticipate seeing every aspect of the material journey, from the first phases of raw processing to finishing and component supply for finished products. The show will be on display at the NEC from May 17–19, 2026.
