IAFET is an important Asian fisheries exhibition that provides innovative solutions for marine fishing and aquaculture. Three topics are covered by the expo: premium seafood, aquaculture and algae, and marine fisheries. By integrating the supply chain, it highlights sustainable fisheries and highlights Taiwan’s know-how, astute technology, and operational models from point of origin to table.
Resource management, which includes information-based fishery management, smart ship systems, and fishing gear, is the main focus of marine fisheries. IAFET encourages sustainable oceans and ethical fishing.
Aquaculture uses smart technology to produce safe products, efficient breeding systems, and environmentally friendly practices like low-carbon solutions, environmental monitoring, and smart breeding management systems.
