The largest dog show in Germany combined with a horse fair that inspires horse lovers. Hund & Pferd brings the most popular leisure partners together at one trade fair. Around 270 horses and 10,000 dogs keep the audience on their toes with a nonstop supporting program.
Hund & Pferd 2025 will open the gates of the Dortmund trade fair to offer dog and horse lovers a varied program.
Breed presentations, a large show program, training demos and numerous hands-on activities promise at least as much fun as the more than 250 stalls that sell everything that dog and horse owners need for their loved ones. At affordable trade fair prices, of course.
In the dog area of the Hund & Pferd, there are many hands-on activities, as well as a colorful supporting program and some health checks. A central element of the fair is of course the exciting pedigree dog competitions, in which dogs from over 240 different breeds compete for places on the winners’ podium.
The supporting and show program also offers variety: In addition to the fast-paced Frisbee show, there is also the German Dog Dancing Championship, four-legged TV stars and the helpers on four paws.
