The China Furniture Association and Shanghai Bohua Exhibition Co., Ltd. held the first China International Furniture Fair (also known as the Shanghai Furniture Fair) in 1993. Since then, the exhibition has been held in Shanghai as scheduled in the second week of September every year.
Since its establishment, the exhibition has been progressing and growing together with the Chinese furniture industry. Rooted in Shanghai and relying on incomparable resource advantages, the China International Furniture Fair has been successfully held for 29 sessions, and has transformed from a pure B2B offline trading platform to a full-link platform combining export and domestic sales, B2B2P2C online and offline, an original design display platform, and a trade and design feast of “exhibition-store linkage”.
With the new theme of “UP is the right time!”, the 2024 Pudong Furniture and Home Furnishing Double Exhibition will work with 3000+ selected exhibitors throughout the upstream and downstream of the global furniture industry chain, using brand UP is the right time, design UP is the right time, channel UP is the right time, and service UP is the right time to smooth the domestic and international market dual circulation, demonstrate the industry’s new quality productivity, and release new momentum for global home furnishing trade. It is expected that 200,000 professional visitors from home and abroad from 160 countries and regions around the world will witness the innovations in home furnishing trade, design and lifestyle in the two exhibition halls in Shanghai Pudong with a total area of 350,000 square meters.
