The International “Yarn & Fabric series of Exhibitions” by CEMS-Global USA has gained global recognition, with CEMS-Global organizing exhibitions in Bangladesh, Brazil, Morocco, and Sri Lanka. The Sub-Council of Textile Industry, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT TEX) and CEMS-Global are jointly organizing the DIFS to give scope to all in order to focus on the high potential first time ever $50+ Billion Apparel and Textile Export Market of Bangladesh, the third largest Apparel exporter in the world, after China and Vietnam. This is due to the tremendous successes of the previous editions of DIFS and the lack of space to accommodate huge inquiries and all exhibitors.
The exports from Bangladesh rose by 35.47% in a single fiscal year. The Dhaka International Yarn & Fabric Show is the premier international exhibition of its kind, presented by CEMS-Global in collaboration with The Sub-Council of Textile Industry, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT TEX), following eighteen incredibly successful editions in Bangladesh. DIFS is poised to attract a sizable number of visitors from Bangladesh’s textile and apparel sector. More than 7,500 garment and textile factories and mills in the nation rely on imports for more than 70% of their woven fabric needs.
