The Artemisia show, the first organic and well-being show in the PACA region, which has become an unmissable event, returns to Parc Chanot from October 18 to 20, 2024 for its 25th edition.
Nearly 160 exhibitors will be present and will host the show around organic and well-being, driven by the same state of mind: that of changing lifestyles and presenting solutions that help us consume better while remaining in harmony with our environment, our body and our mind.
For 3 days, the show will therefore be a must for all lovers of well-being.
To be found this year:
- Expert conferences that will be structured around three main themes: food, health and personal development.
- Conferences led by exhibitors or speakers to introduce their methods and products.
- Wellness workshops led by exhibitors or speakers to introduce and put into practice in small groups, proposed techniques.
- Creative activities to learn how to do it yourself: plant-based cooking classes, cosmetics making, wine tasting.
- The Move Zen workshop to discover or deepen a technique (energy yoga classes, kundalini yoga, pilates, Tibetan yoga, yangshen etc.)
