From Farm to Fork: Enhancing Agriculture with Cold Chain Excellence
The first floor of TaiNEX 1 will host the International Fresh Cold Chain Expo Taiwan (AGRIFRESH TAIWAN) on September 3–5, 2025. One of Taiwan Smart Agriweek‘s primary exhibition themes is the event.
The pandemic and global climate change have fueled the expansion of the fresh cold chain industry globally. As a result, enhanced cold chain management from production to consumption is being prioritized by the Taiwanese government and industry participants. This focus aims to guarantee food safety and freshness, minimize losses in agricultural and aquatic products, and spur innovations in cold chain technology and business models.
AGRIFRESH TAIWAN seeks to increase shelf life, improve product competitiveness in the market, and improve the quality and safety of fresh agricultural products. Cold chain logistics, fresh processing and handling, fresh packaging materials, and fresh retail and terminal distribution are the four primary themes.
