TransLogistica Kazakhstan

TransLogistica Kazakhstan

TransLogistica Kazakhstan has established itself as the largest exhibition of transport and logistics services and technologies in Central Asia, and the second most important and attended event in the CIS and Baltic countries after TransRussia. Since its debut in 1996, the exhibition has served as a vital platform for professionals involved in transportation, logistics, engineering, and related industries across the region.

A Strategic Platform for Central Asia’s Logistics Hub

The exhibition’s significance reflects Kazakhstan’s growing role as a strategic logistics and trade hub connecting Europe and Asia. TransLogistica Kazakhstan allows specialists to optimize the delivery of commercial cargo through direct contact with freight forwarding companies, owners of truck fleets, container and wagon operators, sea and air vessel owners, as well as terminal, warehouse, and port infrastructure operators.

For international companies seeking reliable partners to build transport and logistics chains, the exhibition provides a unique opportunity to negotiate cooperation on favorable terms. The event annually demonstrates a full range of industry solutions, from transportation and forwarding services to software and equipment for cargo storage and handling.

TransLogistica Kazakhstan 2025: Record Participation

The 28th edition of the exhibition, held from September 30 to October 2, 2025, in Almaty, demonstrated the event’s growing scale and importance. TransLogistica Kazakhstan 2025 brought together 303 companies from 21 countries, including Azerbaijan, Belarus, Germany, Georgia, India, Kazakhstan, China, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, UAE, Pakistan, Russia, Romania, USA, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and Estonia.

The exhibition attracted 6,463 unique visitors and featured 110 debut exhibitors, with companies from India, Romania, and Pakistan represented for the first time. National stands from Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia drew particular interest, showcasing advanced international practices and promising solutions in transport and logistics.

The exposition covered all key industry segments: transport and logistics companies, seaports, and railways; manufacturers of automotive equipment and warehouse equipment; and IT solutions for process automation. Visitors particularly appreciated the wide representation of international companies demonstrating modern technologies for developing transport and logistics infrastructure.

Business Program and Industry Dialogue

A rich business program accompanied the exhibition, featuring conferences, training seminars, and expert discussions. The program included the IV Conference “Warehouse Logistics Market in Kazakhstan,” the II Conference on the Transportation of Oversized and Heavy Cargo BreakBulk Kazakhstan, and Expert Talks on the results of Kazakhstan Transport Week.

A significant development during TransLogistica Kazakhstan 2025 was the signing of key documents by transport ministers from CIS countries, defining new directions of cooperation. Additionally, the second tracks of the “Dostyk–Moyinty” railway line were put into operation—a strategic project significantly expanding Kazakhstan’s export-transit potential toward China and strengthening the country’s position on the “China–Europe” route.
