The AHR Expo (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Exposition) is the premier event for the HVACR industry, bringing together the entire sector to showcase cutting-edge products and technologies, foster cross-disciplinary collaboration, and drive business growth. Held annually since 1930, it is the industry’s best place for OEMs, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to explore the latest trends and build mutually beneficial relationships. The event is held concurrently with the ASHRAE Winter Conference, which offers over 100 technical sessions.

The 2027 edition of the AHR Expo is scheduled to take place from January 25–27, 2027, at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, Illinois.

Registration: Online registration is free until January 23, 2027. Early badge pickup is available on Sunday, January 24, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM to avoid lines. The event is adults-only; children and infants are not admitted.
Visa Assistance: International attendees requiring a visa invitation letter must submit their request by December 15, 2026.
